It gives me immense pleasure to launch a Portal for online tender and procurement platform introduced by the I. T. Department of N.C. Hills Autonomous Council, Haflong on this day of 18th November, 2022. With the objective of maintaining transparency and fast processing of bidding/tender the department of I.T department of N.C. Hills Autonomous Council had developed the Portal. It will definitely serve as a Single Platform for creating, publishing and bidding of tenders by all departments under the administrative control of N.C. Hills Autonomous Council, Haflong, Dima Hasao district.
I am hopeful that more other platforms will be introduced by the N.C. Hills Autonomous Council in near future for Ease of Doing Business and for the benefits of public.
Process for eTendering
1. Register
To register for the portal, go to the Register area and fill out the registration form. After registration, you will receive an SMS notice.
2. Search Tenders
Go to the area titled "Search Tenders" and you will see all tenders for all departments.
3. Make Payment
Online payment of the tender document fee is mandatory, and online EMD submission will soon be available.
4. Bidder Profile
In the system, bidder profiles can be created. Also monitor the preceding bid's specifics. Bidding will become incredibly simple and uncomplicated.
5. Make Bidding
Now, bids can be conveniently paid online with an integrated payment system. Future bidders will also have access to all data and status information.

Do I need to register before I can obtain the tender documents?
Yes, To obtain the tender document you have to login in to the portal with your basic details. In some cases where there is a need for tender document fee, bidder need to pay the tender fee online to download the document.
Do I need to pay for bidding?
Depending on the tender EMD needs to be paid by the bidder. EMD can be submitted both online and offline.
Do I need to have a GST number to participate in the bid?
You will be notified when the bid will open via SMS and Email notification.
Do you have to renew every year?
No, you have to register once in the portal for bidding. But you need to keep updating your profile time to time.
Do I get to see old bidding history and documents?
Yes, you can login into your profile and view your past details in the portal.
